Q: From what age can TSUKUTTE-YA kits be made?
A: The recommended age is written in the description of each product that you can consult on every product’s page before proceeding to the purchase. Please note that NONE of our products are suitable for kids under 3. If children are using any of TSUKUTTE-YA’s kits, be sure they are under the supervision of an adult.
Q: If I am a company or intend to retail TSUKUTTE-YA’s kits, can I order directly from the online shop?

Q: If the kit I want to buy is currently not available, how can I know when the stocks will be refilled?

ABOUT SHIPMENT
Q: Who is the shipper of the orders?
A: TSUKUTTE-YA uses the Japan Post to ship all the kits. When arriving to the customer’s country, the local post office will take over the shipment. We offer a single shipment method which includes a tracking service so you can check at any time where your order is.
Q: Do you have an express shipping option?
A: Currently we do not offer an express shipping option. We offer a single method of shipment which includes a tracking service so you can check at any time where your order is.
Q: Can it be delivered from anywhere in the world?
A: TSUKUTTE-YA shipping service is currently only available from New-Zealand. We are expecting to expand our delivery area in the future.
Q: Can I have one order shipped to multiple addresses?
A: You are only allowed to write one delivery address by order.
Q: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
A: We are currently only delivering to New-Zealand. Due to the high level of biosecurity check in New-Zealand, it will take about one month to be delivered. However, the delivery period may be longer or shorter depending on the situation. You can check the tracking of the order at any time.
Q: My order has still not been delivered, what should I do?
A: First, check the status of your order by using the tracking number and check your inbox. If you still can’t find the wanted information, please contact us here.
Q: How much is the shipping?
A: The shipping rate depends on the weight of the product. At the checkout, the shipping rate includes the total weight of the kits and the weight of the packaging. Currently, the upper limit for one order is 2kg.
