Shipping (from Japan)

The shipping of your order will be executed by Japan Post Co., Ltd.. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered will be delivered all at once.

The products are delivered to the delivery address notified by you during the check-out process. The delivery date given is intended as an estimate only. 

TSUKUTTE-YA products are currently sold and shipped to New Zealand only.

Exchange / Returns (to Japan)

You are required to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. 

You have a period of 15 days from delivery to make a complaint. Failure to follow these procedures within this period and the products will be deemed as compliant and free from any defects. Additionally, no complaint will be validly accepted.
